Staxmark Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
1. Who we are
Staxmark™ ("Staxmark," "we," "us") audits the technical foundation of small businesses: domain and DNS, email authentication, tracking, web presence, social account ownership, and AI readiness. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://phillip-fractional.zenbiz.com (the "Site") and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Staxmark is operated by Your Exit Ramp LLC, Austin, TX, which is responsible for your personal information under this policy. Questions go to scan@staxmark.com.
This policy covers the Site, the Staxmark Scan™, Staxmark Call™, and Staxmark Audit™, and emails we exchange with you. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or the separate agreement that governs a paid engagement, which controls if the two conflict.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run a scan, deliver a service, and get paid.
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, email address | You, via the contact form or email |
| Scan request | Your domain and what you want to know | You, via the contact form |
| Booking details | Meeting date and time, notes you add | You, via our scheduling tool |
| Payment details | Amount, payment status, billing name and email | Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers |
| Engagement information | Account names, access you grant, screenshots, configuration exports | You, during a Call or Audit |
| Communications | Emails and messages you send us | You |
| Device and usage data | IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, cookie identifiers | Automatically, through the Site and its tags |
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, passwords, government ID numbers, or health information. If an audit needs access to an account, we ask you to grant a scoped or temporary role rather than share credentials.
3. Scan and audit data
A Staxmark Scan checks publicly available information about the domain you submit. That includes WHOIS and registration records, DNS records (including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus TXT records used to verify domain ownership for services such as Google Workspace, Facebook Business, and Pinterest), SSL certificates, the tags and scripts your public pages load, and public social media profiles linked to your business. Some of these records can contain personal information, such as a registrant's name or a staff email address.
Only submit a domain you own or are authorized to act for. We use scan and audit findings solely to prepare your report and advise you. We do not publish them, combine them into lists for marketing, or sell them.
During a paid Call or Audit, you may give us access to systems such as a registrar, email provider, tag manager, or social account. We access only what the engagement needs, and we ask you to revoke that access when the engagement ends.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Run the scan you request and send you the results
- Schedule, deliver, and invoice Calls and Audits
- Respond to your questions and follow up on a request you made
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- Keep the Site and our services secure and prevent abuse
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions
We may email you about a scan or engagement you started. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Cookies, tags, and your choices
The Site uses Google Tag Manager to load a small set of tags. Those tags may set cookies or similar technologies in three groups:
- Strictly necessary: keep the Site and contact form working and secure. These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics: measure visits, pages viewed, and form submissions, using Google Analytics 4 / other tool.
- Advertising: None at launch.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the Site.
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals, which have no agreed standard.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers below, who process it on our behalf under contract, and in the limited cases listed after the table.

- With your consent or at your direction, such as sending your report to a developer you name
7. How long we keep information

These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), multi-factor authentication on our accounts, least-privilege access to client systems, and deleting access and data on schedule. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Visitors outside the United States

12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will notify you by email or a notice on the Site before it takes effect.
